    Submitted profile after the draw = no ITA yet?

    I was awaiting my ECA and wasn't able to submit a profile until this past weekend, after the March 1 draw. My CRS score is higher than the cutoff for that draw. Do I wait until the next draw, or is it supposed to be a rolling invitation? Many thanks!
