    I called cic and they say that your 16 months are not over yet call us after that so we could help you further. I have checked all the sections in my email and i am sure that i have not recieved anything yet

    November 18th applicant DM on feb 18th 2017 since then no reply don't know what to do. called cic yesterday they say your 17 months are not over yet just frustrated with the process.
