Hey guys My husband just received the NOI. In the letter they ask him to contact Ontario directly without telling him any confirmation num. So what is the next step? thanks

Already wrote to the Minister, OINP, and its IT team to report the system error and ask for the extension of 7 days limit.

I was not able to upload the file for the error java.lang.NullPointerException. The 7 calendar days thing is impossible! Should allowed extension for all those who have confirmation numbers
