I received an update notification email regarding my parent's application for PR But when I log in, The view button is disabled for their application and nothing has changed. Does anyone have a similar experience?

My parents have valid visas in their old passport. However their old passport (including the visa page) is punched at the bottom. So the machine readable part of the visa is punched. However, the entire information on the visa is pretty clear. Can they use this VISA to travel to canada?

I received the same answer from Canadapost. However, I did not accept it. We pay for tracking number and insurance and the number of packages received by the receiver is an irrelevant excuse in my opinion. So did not accept this answer and insisted they issue a ticked to followup and get the...

I sent my application package on September 28th through Canadapost Xpresspost service. But the tracking number status has remained "out for delivery" Since Oct. 2nd. Anyone experiencing the same thing?
