Same here...i called BC , they even said they will send an email with updates status or result I have already called dept of economics(for consumer complaints) they have asked to email details with concerned docseven if nothing happens via this atleast ill feel that i tried to do something...

Thanks for taking the time to reply... Im getting increasingly incensed at the BC ppl..i cant imagine that they did the same thing TWICE to u in 3 months!! In the end did they give u any explanation? For me the idea of spending another 970 aed is unimaginable :(
