when recreating profile and submitting new application, do we have to give our previous application number? its asking me and im not sure if i have to refer it, since i didnt receive any NOI or invitation yet on my old application.. please advise.

can anyone tell me which Jobs NOC are receiving the OINP NOIs? im an electrical engineer with experience in design and project management. My NOC in job bank profile are 0211 - project management and 2133- electrical design engineer. i have 433 points in EE profile. still no NOI :/
