I don't think so. I recreated new EE with new gcKey and deleted the old profile. New EE activated on 25Feb, still no luck at all to receive NOI. (NOC 2133, CRS 412, Master degree.) Have no idea how they select person to send NOI. :(

Hmmm, May I ask do they send NOI/PT during weekend (aka 24/7) or only weekdays? Consider withdraw and re-create new one and it will take 1-2 days for EE account to be fully activated. Hope wont miss the wave this time :(

How long does it take from the time "when you create ee profile" to "job bank fully activate"? and your profile will be officially available into EE pool? I created my profile last year so forgot how long did it take to complete all the steps and the EE account if fully activated.

Hi, Same here. I'm wondering if it's okie to recreate another duplicate profile. Once it's activated then delete the old one. It's risky to just delete current one first and create new one now though. Wonder should i take the risk since the situation now is quite messy and unclear.

Not sure what is criteria for them to select and send NOI? There is guy score 401 and just created profile few days ago and got NOI. I think CRS high doesnt mean you will get NOI. And not sure about the date of created profile also.

Yeah, I think the system is messed up now since people are confused and may rush to create wrong profiles/applications. It seems like the PT wont be sent out soon until they can fix the system. Anyway, still keep finger cross ::)
