I encountered that when i first downloaded the files. Some suggest that you have to use the Internet explorer as your browser to download the documents; it works for me. Have you try visiting their website using internet explorer browser? Or what about mozilla firefox? If it doesnt work just try...

Way to go! Just wait for other updates like pre arrival email, background check in process, decision made and next is Passport request. Im an August Applicant also.

What is your Visa Office? Your application progress was so fast, congratulations!! I think yhey started your background check or they finished on it. Just wait for the Decision Made and email invitation to Pre Arrival Services and Passport Request.
