Thanks for your response. If the period is 5 years at the time I apply, so shouldn't it be June 2016 - June 2021 and I was in Finland until Dec 2015, so would I still need for Finland ?

I would suggest get PCC ONLY from PSK and upload that only, as uploading PCC from local police might confuse CIC as it will have dates whereas PCC from PSK doesn't have any dates..

You need to visit Canada before your Medical expires...

It is better to take PCC from PSK rather than individual Police Stations, as PSK covers entire country and also IRCC prefers PSK.

I can also get a bank letter stating my last 6 month average balance above required POF, so which is a better option getting the money as FD or getting a statement ?
