I tried but I didn't work for me :( When you say: "3. City of Birth - I entered 1 space (hit spacebar once)" Do you mean only one space, and that's it? So no city at all? Just the space? Maybe thats why it didn't work for me :( Also I have 2 last names I do have to enter both.

So... I am guessing the best way for a Mexican to travel to Canada would be taking a direct flight, with no stops in the USA! Then they don't have to get another visa they don't need. Thanks for your answers :)

I meant a Mexican traveling to Canada, but their flight has a stop in the United States

Can somebody travel from Mexico to Canada if they don have a American visa? If they flight has a stop in the USA, would that be ok? They don't plan to stay there, just stop by and change planes
