dec 14 applicant nov 2 got medical BG went tp process FEB 23 i just opened my cic still my BG showing in process, but when i opened ECAS it is showing "Permanent Residence Application Status : DECISION MADE" what does it mean....im not understanding... does it mean i got the decision...

i am also dec 14 applicant.. my BG check is in process since 2days .few days... dont worry you will be seen in few days (BG in process).

my time is below Application submitted to NS - dec 14 2015 AOR Received on - mar 7 2016 RPRF - jul 0r aug -2016 Medical received -nov 2 2016 medical passed nov 30 2016 still my background check is not needed at this time ......( i dont know what to) any suggestions i am seeing some of them...
