IP2 is basically when a final review of all checks is done: the agent's recommendation, background check is concluded, ADRs or interviews are requested if needed, all parameters are checked. If all look good, PPR is activated.

I think it's Accra Visa Office that's slow with processing of visa stamping lately. I sent my passport through DHL and I have not gotten my PUM. My passport was delivered to Accra on 30th October, got approved on 21st November and till now no PUM. I don't think it has anything to do with VFS or DHL.

That depends on the Visa office. Some got their mails within 2-5 days after approval but I know some people waited longer than that. I got approved a week ago but I haven't gotten my pick up mail.

The Visa should expire when your medical expires. The validity of your medical result is 1 year. So, you have between now and when your medical expires to plan your travels. Hope that helps.
