Can my mother stay in Canada until the arrival stamp date (Aug16), eventhough the visitor visa is expiring on Mar26? I have already applied for extension, but no response.

Hello, My mother is in Canada & her Visitor Visa stamp is expiring as of Mar 26,2021. I already applied the extension though. When she arrived to Canada, the Immigration officer wrote Aug 16,2021 on the arrival stamp. Does that mean she can stay until Aug 16,2021 as an implied status? TIA

Yes, I have withdrawal my application when I submitted withrawal letter at Ahmedabad VFS office. I sent email to Bangalore VAC office. But still no reply on it.

I applied for visitor visa thru VFS (Ahmedabad). My passport is at Bagalore VAC office. I submitted withdrawal letter at VFS again to retrieve my passport on URGENT basis. It has been 6 days I havent recieved my passport. Can anyone suggest me how long it will take??
