I have to delete that. I initially had thought that b/c ecas said 'We received xxx application for permanent residence on March 17, 2011' that this meant AOR. However, after reading several posts on this forum, I realized AOR is received through email or snail mail (which I haven't received...

My ecas seems to be accumulating some dust...same as my application! :( Hadn't heard from BUF till my husband (sponsor) emailed them about 2 weeks ago. Response received was a generic one...'your application is in process'...which I find hard to believe as we haven't even received an AOR...

Cell phone providers are such sticklers with their fees :( How much longer do you have on the contract? If you don't roam while out in Canada, then I'd say just keep using it until the contract is over. I have Verizon and I roam when I'm in Canada, so I just use it for txt messages.

Hello, Just wondering for those who already mailed out their applications through xpresspost to Mississauga, did you notice a signature when tracking through Canada Post? I saw a signature on mine, but not sure why as it was mailed to a P.O. Box. The tracking says it was delivered (Jan 28)...

Mine was received on Jan 28th and I've been stalking E-Cas, but nothing yet :( I've been reminding my husband to double check his 'snail mail' and email...but same as E-Cas...no word yet :( Hopefully good news is on the way for us!
