hello seniors my noc is 0111, 2nd AOR came in june 2010, CHC ND. the problem is - i hv done M COM (2008 first year exams and 2009 final year exams), from a regular college of Purvanchal univ., UP, but hardly attended classes...lower than 15 hrs a week. i had arrangements for the attendence...

only problem with SCDL or correspondence PG Diploma is that its not a PG degree and not from a University, as Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning is an Instt. and a PG Degree from any Indian Uni is 'Full time equivalent' , and hence can get 5 points.......... ref. OP06 pg 13. section 6.3.

canadp, can u pls shed more light on ur point. i cudnt understand. actually, my PR visa is yet to come thru.

thx frnds got the point. the visit visa for 2-4 weeks wont be a big deal, with my Indian PP having the CANADA PR Visa. is it the same thing with Europe and Australia?

i will be having an Indian PP. will the Can PR visa, help in any way in getting US (tourist) visa smoothly? or there wont be a need to get a US visa? direct landing kind of system for CAN PR holders?

and wat r the procedures involved, as my bro is in SFO, wud like to visit his family 2-3 times an year.

thanks frnds b com is of 3 years. m com 2 years i believe that if more edu. credentials are submitted before decision is made, VO is bound to accept and grant points. my uni is allahabad uni. regular course. so im hopeful that 5 pts will be given and no need for new ielts will be there...
