If your PGWP is rejected. You can also try to find an employer who can support you with an LMIO and therefore you would be able to apply for a closed work permit. That would be the best to do. Chris

The employees maybe told you that for you to register. Why don't you try to find some real students who got theirs PGWP with study ? If I was you, I would still try to apply for your PGWP after graduation, worst case scenario, it will be rejected and you will lose couple of $. Good luck Chris
