    Same thing is happening to me too. I only applied in March but I ordered my notes and got nothing, I emailed asking for a status as well and they didn't even reply with a generic answer or anything. I hope you get some news soon

    All documents have to be in English or French. The visa office doesn't matter. I'm sponsoring my spouse from the dominican republic as well and we had to translate all the documents going to the Mexico VO.

    It shouldn't be a problem as long as you put the filipino address for your husband. The problem would be if you had put your canadian address as your husband's and not sign the "use of representative" form. Hope this help - Good luck!

    I don't think you do. From what I understood, you only need to send the form if you are living separately as is the case for me and my husband. He lives in the dominican republic and I live in Toronto. I didn't think they would need it since I was the sponsor.
