Update: File received by CIC on Dec 23rd, 2016 AOR email received on March 7, 2017 finally I can apply for my BOWP... Thank god.

Hey everyone, need your expertise on this: Got pnp normination on Nov,2016, submitted my PNP PR DEC 24,2016. However, my work permit is expired within 4 months, I want to apply for BOWP but I haven't got my AOR. Considering 90 days to receive my AOR, it seems impossible for me to apply my BOWP...
