Will they issue the OWP even if you dont have SA?

I recieved AOR yesterday..they recieved it 10th April..common law inland app

Im principal applicant and recieved an AOR to my email yesterday so i linked account then today the sponsor recieved an AOR with an UCI number for her but shes Canadian born.Is this normal or is there anything i need to do inline to link her Uci to application?

Whats the general timeline for an AOR on inland common law?Cic recieved my app on 13th April, i understand it says 15-45 days but is this buisness days??

Im on implied status while waiting for my OWP through common law sponsership but ccan i change employer in this period?

They will only recieve it tomorrow or tuesday so i dont have a file number or anything, i just wantrd to know did i read the question wrong and should i have included documents linking us to both address not just where we live now..i included both leases with our names on it

Where you have to provide 2 of 3 set of options we had 2 leases in the last year that we sent but the other option of Important documents showing the same address all of ours were registeted to our currents address that we that we moved to in June

I gave the 2 leases its just the documents for proof of address are all registeted to our current address.I mailed it yesterday

I posted common law app yesterday and where it says proof of same address we had two leases in in the last year that i included but we only sent things registered to our current address to prove we lived together.Should this be an issue?

Might be a stupid question but the letter of employment for sponsor has to be orginal is that just typed on company paper with date, salary and signed by your manager with contact details?

I had my app returned today for exatly the same reason..we had a lease for over a year but no joint bank accounts or anything in both our names..we sent to copies of health cards with our address but they didnt accept that so what do we send?

Common law app returned as they didnt accept the important documents showing the same address.We had a lease but dont have joint bank accounts, driving licence is one foreign the, no insurance policies.Anyone any ideas what we can send?Please!

You send a copy of your current status..it says not to send original documents unless stated as they wont be returned

To sponsers or applicants email?I keep thinking i have forgotten to fill something out.Cant even remember where i put down the email address but i triple checked every form to make sure they were complete.Panic!

If your been sponsered by common law spouse the do you you list them in Additional family form?Also do you list your parents and brothers and sisters if they are not accompaning oyou to Canada?

Hi when paying for owp i payed in one transaction( the 155 and 100dollars) so i Only have one receipt showing 255$.Will this be an issue?
