How long does it take get invite for Ceremony in email after an update on tracker

We are at the same situation. Medicals are done and background check is in process. Additional documents were requested. I called IRCC to ask if and how i need to update Immigration about my wife pregnancy. IRCC answer was no need to update or there is no requirement for this kind of cases.
