    Greetings, Apparently it was a technical issue. I saw where another member had similar issues with the missing LOE tab and they were told to use another browser. I followed the instruction and the tab appeared in the new browser. Thank you Seniors as always!!! ;D

    Greetings, Unfortunately refreshing that page that did not work :'( Can I merge the Letter of Explanation with another document such as my police report and explain that I accidentally deleted the slot and had to include it in this upload? Again, I look forward to your suggestions 8)
