There is a new online application format for GIC refund right now instead of the old pdf version. They rarely respond to my email's and the customer service gives me mixed information. If anyone from this group has done refund this year in the new format, Kindly help me regarding it. Thank you.

Hello there, So imagine i have got my study permit till 04/2018 and i have applied for a new passport after that and recieved it in my home country. I can travel with both of it right? Or is it necessary that i can only renew my passport after landing in Canada with the old one?

I think it's because of your educational background. Your 10th anb 12th are Commerce and bachelors is on arts which has no relations to childhood studies. You have no study gap and decent IELTS, so i guess this is the reason and they have mentioned it too.
