You need to select "A work permit with the same employer". You'll still receive an open work permit. Just got mine yesterday.

Not express entry. PNP Inland from BC. Didn't seem fast to me at all :) . Me and my spouse both graduated from university here in BC, maybe that helped. Processing time for this type of application is 16 months but I read somewhere that majority of the cases are processed within 11 months...
