There is no maximum time limit mentioned anywhere for BC PNP to give the decision. They have already started the nomination of 2017 applicants and continue issuing more ITA but 2016 applicants are still waiting. It is ridiculous. They have mentioned processing time 2-3 months on their website...

From where u got this information? There is no information on BC PNP website regarding 2017 quota. They are still showing break up of 5,800 nomination for the year 2016.
