    Looks positive! My friend was mid May 2016 Applicant, had the same situation regarding medical received not showing on ECAS. He received PPR on 23 January 2017 (within 2 weeks of his ecas updating to medical received). You might be expecting a good news very soon as well.

    If your spouse has submitted the passport for stamping on 17th and will be picking it up personally from VFS, a mid February flight ticket is an absolutely safe option. I suggest you to go for it without any worries!
