I forgot to mention that we don´t have a german passport, so we need a visa and not the eTA.

Hello everybody, we live in Germany and we want to apply online for a family visit. We plan to be from September 2017 till October 2017. Is it to early to send an application now? It´s more than 8 months in advance. Or is it okay when we determine our duration of stay in the invitation...
