Hello. Yes AOM is different from marriage cert. AOM is the married version of CENOMAR. :) if u ask for cenomar at PSA and you are already married, they will give you the AOM instead of cenomar.

yes sa PSA yun nakukuha it is actually the married version of your cenomar. Yes, both kau ni hubby mo po. :) pwede walk-in sa PSA just make sure to be there early kasi baka mahaba pila.

For me, yes you may have the documents readily available for your own perusal but dont send it unless they request for those documents to be submitted :)

Hi! Yes nasa email body lang. What i did was i copy-pasted the whole letter to microsoft word and dun inayos ko na lang including appendix b.
