I did German PCC and it came in within a month. The only hassle was paying the fees in EUR, for which i had to find my old colleague still around. I applied at German Consulate in Canada.

With so less historical data for ICT - 50 points, people may not be sure what CIC will accept. If the offer letter mentions the same employer as the one on ICT, I feel it should be good. Basically it should signify that you will continue to work on same job that you have been working till date...

One does get 50 points, if the job offer is from the same employer mentioned on ICT for the NOC 0, A and B.
