So finally after 19 attempts, call got connected to an agent. Agent said file is not lost it is visible, and there is no indication or notes that said the officer needed additional documentation or anything but officer still did not mark your application complete. She said you will get your AOR...

I have not. I cannot even reach any agent as IRCC auto attendant reached the application status and then says "Your call cannot be connected to an agent as we are receiving high volume of inquiries for this type of inquiries". I have no way that I know of for getting status of my application in...
