Oh that's a pity. Is it b/c my parents and grandparents are alive? It's weird b/c the immigration lawyer I talked to said I could.

    Can I sponsor my sister?

My sister is 19 years old and I want to sponsor her once I get my PR. I am living in Manitoba and I was wondering if there is anyway I can do this. My parents and grandparents are alive, however I am the only person with PR in Canada. I am single and don't have any children. Thanks :)

Working Full while registered as part time student in the last term

Yes I understand. I may not apply for a pgwp in the future. I was only concerned on my eligibitly to work. Also I was wondering, if I didn't want problems in the future, would a letter from the school specifying why i wasn't able to go full time for a semester suffice? Thank you.

Hey folks, I'm in my second year of university, and I am wondering if I become a part time student for either the first term or the second term, I would still be able to work full time during the summer break. If it does matter, does it matter which term i was a part time student (i.e. the...

    '1 year' certificate = 1 year PGWP?

The main thing I'm worried about it is the program being '2 semesters of study' which is technically only 8 months of study. Perhaps I am overthinking this. Do I have to start working full time from the moment I apply, or the moment I receive the pgwp? B/c I don’t' think I can work full time...

However, I plan to switch to a 1 year certificate program or a 2 year diploma program. The program that I want to start has 2 different starting...

Immigration through 1 year of study -> 1 year work permit?

My problem is that I am looking for the effective way of getting a PR in manitoba. My idea was doing a 1 year study, and doing 1 year of work. And going from there. can anyone clarify if this is the best way, and if there any viable routes? I am concerned if 1 year is even a good way to do...

Lived in Canada for 11 years, just graduated highschool. Need help from here.

I am in toronto, but suprisingly, the employer that I speaking of is in BC. Is it okay to study in toronto and then go to BC to work? Why is their PNP good though? Also, I have 2 sisters in Manitoba who are applying for PR and we have our own house, does that change anything?

I am very fluent in english so I hope that I can do that. I am actually not looking for part time right now as I do have enough to pay for the tuition. Is there any diploma program that takes 1 year only? That would be amazing. Also, as for the points, where can I see how I can grade myself on...

I guess the fact that someone is willing to employ me doesn't have much merit... is that right? Also, I don't think I can afford a university education but instead a college program. What is the minimum amount of time I have to study and work to get work visa and eventually PR? My family is...
