Hi Scylla Appreciate your follow up What i meant was to get my self a F1 Visa or get my spouse a F1 visa - I will be the dependent on F2, then can i apply for a study permit. which ever helps me achieve to avail a study permit. for now yes i am on visitor visa. Regards
