Intra-Company-Transfer Work Permits
Currently people working in Canada through Intra-Company-Transfer (ICT)-skilled worker can stay maximum of 5 years in Canada, then the 6th year extension cannot be applied by the employer if they are not in manager. No more '4 years cumulative duration time' rule
Please let me know this case is applicable to all type of work permits, It is applicable to all NOC codes ? Intra-Company Transfer employees also eligible to work more than four years ? Please let me know if you have any information. Thanks, Siva- sbontha
