Quick question. I have been in ontario since 2010 under study permit, post grad work permit. Now i recently got PR and landed End March. I have not left ontario since 2015. So if i apply for OHIP now will i have to wait for 3 months as well?

Thank you for the response. so if the wife is pregnant they cannot do the full medicals (chest xray) right? and this might delay the process as well.

Ohh okk the wife is from Kenya. Medicals fro PR is different from Spousal medicals right?

Kindly need help for a friend. Sponsoring his wife they recently got married and are pregnant less than a month. Will this delay application outcome since the wife cannot conduct medicals? Or can they still carry on with app. Please advise. Hubby is inland. The wife is outland.

if they are the same size as the ones required for PR and are not more than 6 months old then you can still use them (make sure its stamped at the back and has your D.O.B, names etc). i would suggest to be safe just get a new one as per PR requirements
