Ok so Parents COPR and PR Visa was received and expired on 02 Sep 2020, they couldn't lend by this time. Received email from IRCC saying they could extend Medical and issue travel document if ready to fly by Jan 1st. We didn't opt for this. We wish to have our parents here by May 1st, 2021...
