Same problem here I have, I emailed CIC(question@cic.ga.ca) as well as report technical issue on MYCIC last Friday, no reply yet. In your case, give them a call to extend your due day....

I think the problem is our account, I heard someone else successfully submitted EE today....We should report to CIC and keep trying, keep in touch!God bless us!!!!
