If you change these dates, does it change your points? If yes is it more or less? Ideally you should js edit the dates and explain in LOE the reason why you put the wrong dates earlier, it would be fine

Mine is a similar case. Created the profile on 31st March, made some changes on 4th April, received my ITA 5mins back. Have patience it usually takes upto 24hours. All the best :)
