They asked me to ubload 'Letter of Explanation' about to prove Child Tax Benefit from Canada government. I wrote a letter and attached docs from Canada government yesterday night. I think it is good sign to they ask something.

I got an email from CIC to upload an additional doc. That is good news that they are processing JULY applications. CEC inland AOR July 1st 2016
