I finally got biometrics letter today.. felt like forever to hear something from them.

I’m worried about mine too. Refusal once but we changed a few things on application.

I want to appeal without a lawyer as they are costly.. what did you provide for your defence?

Got refusal letter and notes in mail. Reason being the officer did not think marriage was genuine. My hubby didn't answer all the questions accurately. Should I be looking into a lawyer? I don't know what to do.

Has anyone ever had an officer telling the interviewee that they would call if passport is needed? If so, how long after did they call for it? Hubby had interview and they weren't fully convinced of husband because of his past. )he doesn't have a record anywhere, we paid all fees etc. Wondering...

When was your hubby's interview? This guy said we will call if we need your passport or send a package in the mail. I'm thinking it's not great either. I sent some more supporting documents that the hubby didn't bring so help that helps.

My husband had a removal order and was instructed by Canada immigration officer to bring the removal order form back with him when he reapplied to return to Canada. Did you husband bring one in with him? If one doesn't have the form then the person is required to to apply for an arc.

I emailed kvo... medicals were extended to October 2107. I think with interview coming up I'm getting worried to have any delays in landing .
