As of last week on Tuesday my wife received her Visa(it took only 2 weeks for her to receive Visa after Passport Request), she now has landed last night in Vancouver when the snow was coming down. Want to thanks this forum with great information, it helped a lot with our application.

Alright she got a call for her passport request and was sent in on Monday of Nov 21st. Waiting game starts now, will update when she gets her passport back with the Visa.
