An application is staledated when the Minister receives the application 91 days after the signature date indicated on the form. Staledated applications are returned to the applicant at the time the kit is received. directly from cic

Canada poste took me 3 days to see the signature and 37 days to receive AOR...be patient and good luck

I dont think and i hope so (not because your origine or nationality)...i know if you spent more than 3 months outside of CANADA within the last 5 Years or once you become PR there is a delay...

Yes I did present my cic letter however the agent gave me a form to fill and there is a question about why am I requesting FP and I wrote canadian citizenship without mentioning my CIC Identification Client ID as a reference

Hi, Since my citizenship application is a non-routine and it may take more than 1 year to process and I have my PR card expiring less that 6 months,,, so I think to renew my PR card and I'm wondering if it's going to make it worst with my citizenship application.... I mean again fingerprints...

it has to be after you become citizen...

Yes it's mandatory..they have to identify you and give you a chance to answer if they have any concern

Once you know déclare it, prépare à letter saying what you are saying and make a new déclaration, send them Foia with it..
