You are right, I just received SMS/email notification from VFS and collected my passport after that. After coming back, received a cic email about status update.

btw, I did not receive any notification email from CIC about this status change.

You can bring all supporting documents to Singapore Police HQ for CoC. Discuss with them at the counter or via phone call before you go there.

Hi guys. I am also FSWO. AOR 5th May 2016, BG check in progress for the first time on 9th Sept, and PPR yesterday 1st Nov. Hope yours will arrive soon.
