    I sent an email in August, I believe and I only got a response last week. Basic generic response. They didn’t even acknowledge that we already got PPR. I wonder if they even reach out to the VO at all for applicants who send emails.

    Oh alright. Yeah, transparency helps everyone. The whole process is hectic. Still waiting for pick up mail so we can book a flight in time for Christmas. It’ll be 2 weeks on Monday since we sent my husband’s passport to Accra. I can’t complain though. At least they’ve asked for his passport.

    Hello House. Been a while. I believe everyone here should have gotten PPR by now. Anyway, just an update... we received PPR on October 18th. Glad to be finally be done with this process after 13 long months. If there’s anyone from this thread still waiting, I wish you the best.
