I received an email saying " I must link my account " is this the AOR 1? Also i have UCI and Application number. Does this mean my spouse sponsorship got approved? ty

Good day! My wife is a Permanent resident in canada for a year now. She's receiving what they call Solidarity tax (ST) and Goods and services tax (GST). I would like to ask if that would affect her eligibility to become a sponsor. Regards
