You can write to that email, but they may not respond. I sent them an email a few weeks ago asking for test update, but they never replied. You can also use the webform in parallel.

Test marked completed today, exactly one month after test taken. Vancouver office. For some it takes a few days, but for us it took one full month. It is what it is :rolleyes:

Considering all applicants in this tread, it's a hit or miss. Some have gotten Oath invite already, some are waiting for test complete, and some are waiting for test invite. Chaotic as everything else involving IRCC...
