NOC 1122 reached CAP around the time your app was received Since your CC was charged, one can assume you made it in the first 1000. What do the experts think. All the best.

Just got off the phone with CIC....they say application will be entered into the system 60 days after received...they are still entering Sept 28th as of today. And still insist first communication will be in 33 weeks. Thats why the AOR sounds early to me.

This is false alarm. For incomplete apps the CIO sends the entire pack back highlighting the missing document/form. That is what happened in this case. I have heard another case on the forum where the applicant received the letter and the application in different mails. I don't believe they...

How did you get to speak to an agent....when i dial the call gets routed to passport office.

I was told its not possible to check...you have to check with the issuing bank.

I think its pretty clear what the website says...they will consider "....a maximum of 20,000 complete Federal Skilled Worker applications will be considered for processing". Very clear they will put the CAP on complete apps before the eligibility review. Does not mean they will issue 20,000 AOR.

We do have xzhicun whose application was received on 13th sept and CC charged on 17th. So the 1122 was not filled till 13 sept. Not sure how this guy could get his app and letter so quickly that 1122 is filled....unless he got an email. Wonder if they will send email or return the app package.
