I also posted earlier that I called CIC and received the same info. I even mentioned in my earlier post that I don't trust the information given by CIC agents but I had to call them because my profile was still not updated with the scores and my ticket was not responded to, So was told there...

I really tried figuring this out. The agent kept on saying the changes were just implemented and the technical team is looking into issues therefore it is unlikely for a draw to happen in the coming days. She repeated this 3 times because I was not hanging up lol.

You don't have to create a new profile. Just make sure you answer the new questions that have been added recently under the study and language section and once you update the profile you have to wait for 24 hours for the score to be changed.

It took take 24 hours or more for some profiles to be updated. The CIC website also mentions that it could take several days for some profiles to be updated with changes.
