    Thanks, I am in Halifax. yesterday, I called IRCC, they told me it will take 3-6 weeks, Halifax IRCC can confirm an interview with me. Do you know how long i can receive my PR card? Because i will go back to my home country three weeks for vacation on Aug 31.

    That is generic letter from IRCC. i already talked to IRCC agent to confirm that. if you already paid 1040, you do not need to pay anymore. So, i suggest you to upload the letter you received and the receipt from web form to explain your situation. Just give you and IRCC a record for future use...
