Collected passport with COPR and Stamp this Friday. There is a one entry visa stamp and there are two identical paper which says COPR. Is that all what is needed? Why there are 2 identical paper which say COPR and why it says not valid for travel

My Background has been changed from Not Needed to "In Progoress" last Thursday.

If background changes to In Progres generally what does it means?
