I would email them. I waited 5 weeks after DM to get my PPR email and when I emailed them, I got it a few days later.

So they received my PPR documents yesterday and my tracking number for the return mail is activated! Very impressed with the turnaround! Can't wait to have the COPR in my hands :D

Hi! My PPR documents were received by Ottawa VO yesterday and myCIC has updated this morning to 'your application has been approved'. Does the update mean that they are processing the PPR documents for COPR already??

I finally got my PPR last night!!! over 5 weeks after decision made on ecas! It came as a message through myCIC instead of email.

Thanks, will do another search of the email just incase! Called again today and the call center are so frustrating, saying it's still well within the 13 months, surely they don't expect me to wait until November for an email that others are getting in a week!!!!

Did the email actually come from Ottawa VO?
