Good luck to you! We also going through the appeal process. We are waiting to hear if our case can be resolved through the ADR.

We are appealing because the reason they denied the ARC is not one of the reasons they use in their procedures manual. Basically, it is a bias towards my husband. An appeal is a better way to go since I want to make CIC accountable for their wrong decision!

May 16, 2016 I received the email from Canada Immigration that it has received our spouse sponsorship application. Does this mean I have been approved for part 1, approved sponsor? Does this also mean it will take another 2 years for my husband to be approved to be landed? Glad I found this...
